As a result of the application, on 25 May 2018, of EU Regulation 2016/679 of the Parliament and European Council, of 27 April 2016, in relation with the protection of natural persons in relation with their Personal Details and the free circulation of this data (General Data Protection Law).

Provision of services made by the ports run directly by the Public Ports Agency of Andalusia, whose legal authorisation is LAW 21/2007 of 18 December on the Legal and Economic Regime of the Ports

  • The need for processing to complete the request and/or works or tasks to be done, through the exchange of the required information with other public bodies.
