• Companies (and their employees) with various and concurrent activities in the port areas (concessions and administrative permits, fishing sector, service providers or works operatives under contract, etc.)
• Self-employed workers
• General users of the Ports of Andalusia

To be a means for widespread collaboration and cooperation in improving the conditions of work and use of port installations and services, promoting general awareness of the importance of prevention and encouraging the culture of prevention to reduce or eliminate risks and their consequences.
