The employment policy of the Public Ports Agency of Andalusia (PPAA) is governed by current employment law. The selection of service personnel for the Agency is made in accordance with systems based on merit and capacity, through public selection processes.
Art. 21 of the current Collective Agreement (Boja 233, dated 27/11/2007) states that personnel selection to cover any vacancy must take into account objective criteria for suitability while guaranteeing the presence of candidates, following the specifications for systems of public examinations or competition.
