Master plan for the ports of andalusia

At the end of the public consultation period, the Public Ports Agency of Andalusia prepared a report of observations and allegations and updated the draft document to contain all the modifications and contributions that were considered coherent with the main goals and principles that inspired the plan.

Meeting on 12 November last, the Drafting Committee studied the report in question and the resulting draft version 1, approving it and agreeing to continue with its processing in accordance with the provisions in the Formulation Agreement.

This document shall be subject to the compulsory report by the Department of the Environment and Territorial Planning, under the consideration that it will affect the territory. The corresponding Financial Report has also been sent to the Budget Office for evaluation and approval in a period of 10 days.

After passing the Delegate Committee on Economic Affairs, the Environmental Report will be drafted with the support of the Department of the Environment and Territorial Planning. This will end the processing of the plan prior to its final approval by the Governing Council.
