Description
This service building for the nautical-marina stands on the wharf closest to the mouth, on the east quay in the 35 metres between the Port Authority building and the car park.
The building is rectangular, measuring 55.55 x 15.95 and has two floors, aligned with the quay and organised into two basic functional groups: the premises that complement the sports berths on the ground and first floor, and service areas for the users, with toilets, showers, laundromat and shops on the ground floor.
The building is made of concrete without joints, with steel, aluminium and glass partitions to separate the spaces for use.
